At MIFI Designs , every piece we create is crafted with care and dedication. However, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below:
Order Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- This applies to all products, including custom outfits and supplements.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.
To be eligible:
- You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to prove the damage for return eligibility.
- Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or used will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom or personalized outfits
- Sale or clearance items
- Dyeable fabrics (due to their sensitive nature)
- Minor manufacturing defects (e.g., loose threads)
- Slight color variations due to lighting or photography
We encourage customers to read fabric and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Approval

Ship the Item
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for size-related issues.
Please double-check sizing before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Customers bear the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
