Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
This applies to all products, including custom outfits and supplements.

Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.

To be eligible:

You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
An unboxing video is mandatory to prove the damage for return eligibility.
Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or used will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Custom or personalized outfits
Sale or clearance items
Dyeable fabrics (due to their sensitive nature)
Minor manufacturing defects (e.g., loose threads)
Slight color variations due to lighting or photography

We encourage customers to read fabric and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges
